These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Ticino Paris website, operated by Ticino Paris Perfumery Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1153325P / 201501028001), including browsing, membership registration, Organisation Account registration and any purchase made through the site. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Registration is open to visitors who complete the sign-up form with accurate and current details. A new registration is created as a Normal Member by default and may become eligible for a higher membership tier once the qualifying spending set out in Clause 6 is met.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full, whether by payment gateway, Ticino Discount Voucher, Shopping Credit, Commission Credit, Corporate Voucher, or a combination of these sources applied at checkout. Prices, promotions and product availability shown on the site may change without notice and do not apply to an order already confirmed.
Payment gateway transactions are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details. A member-only checkout applies — an account must be registered before an order can be completed.
Shopping Credit and Commission Credit are loyalty benefits, not cash equivalents, and carry no value outside this website except where Clause 5 provides for withdrawal. Balances, usage limits, stacking rules and expiry periods for each credit and voucher type are shown in your Member Portal and may be amended by us from time to time for future accruals.
Every member has a personal referral link that may be shared with others. Commission is credited only where the eligibility rules displayed in the Member Portal are met at the relevant time — including that the referrer holds VIP status at the moment a referred member upgrades. Referral relationships and pending commission may be reset or reversed where a qualifying order is later cancelled, returned or refunded, or where a membership tier is downgraded.
A member may request withdrawal of their available Commission Credit balance to a nominated bank account through the Member Portal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment is released, and a request may be rejected with a reason given, in which case the amount is returned to the available balance.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address, and any free-shipping threshold in effect at the time. Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address given at checkout.
A return or refund request may be submitted through your order history within the return window shown on the Return Policy page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment sources in the same proportions used at checkout. Stock is not restored automatically and is checked before it is returned to inventory.
Where a refunded order had triggered a membership upgrade or a referral commission, the upgrade and any pending commission tied to that order may be reversed as part of the refund.
Where engraving is selected, the wording, names and outer box are entered by you at checkout and produced as submitted. Please check the details carefully before payment — a personalised item cannot be resold and may not be eligible for return once production has started, except where the item itself is faulty.
Corporate Gift Packages may only be purchased through a registered Organisation Account. Gifts and vouchers allocated to an Appreciation Campaign may only be claimed through a registered Normal or VIP Member Account, cannot be transferred between Organisation Accounts, and once claimed, redeemed or expired cannot be reissued.
We take reasonable care to describe products, including images, variants and pricing, accurately. Minor variations in colour or presentation between the site and the product received may occur and do not, by themselves, entitle you to a return.
All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos and the Ticino Paris name — is owned by or licensed to Ticino Paris Perfumery Sdn. Bhd. and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticino Paris Perfumery Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
Personal data submitted through registration, checkout or the Member Portal is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or to applicable law. The updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the website after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
