VIP unlocks the VIP Collection, VIP pricing, and higher referral commissions. Upgrading requires RM399 spent in a single receipt (net of vouchers and credits), and VIP status renews with the same spending requirement each year, with a grace period before any downgrade.
A standalone corporate account for businesses that want to purchase Corporate Gift Packages and run Appreciation Campaigns. It isn't a membership tier, and it doesn't carry personal shopping rewards or referral benefits.

Yes. At checkout you can tick any combination of Ticino Discount Voucher, Shopping Credit, Commission Credit and Corporate Gift Voucher, with the payment gateway covering whatever balance remains.
You receive Shopping Credit when you sign up, when a friend you referred completes their first purchase, when you first upgrade to VIP, on every purchase, and for leaving a product review.
It expires 180 days after signup or your last purchase using it, whichever is later. Using any amount of it resets that 180-day countdown.
Share your personal referral link or QR code from the Member Portal. When someone who registers through it later upgrades to VIP, you earn RM50 Commission Credit, and a smaller override applies for the first two VIP upgrades made by each person you referred directly.
Every commission is held as pending for 14 days after it's earned. If the qualifying order isn't refunded within that window, it becomes available to spend or withdraw.
Submit a withdrawal request from the Member Portal with your bank details. Only available (not pending) Commission Credit can be withdrawn, and requests are reviewed before payment is released.
It depends on the voucher - each one is configured to allow or disallow stacking with Shopping Credit, Commission Credit and other vouchers, and this is shown wherever the voucher is offered.

Yes, where a trial size is offered. Your first purchase of that trial size is at a special offer price; later purchases follow the normal retail price.
Engraving personalises a bottle with a name, a message and your choice of outer box. The fee depends on the product variant and is shown before you confirm your order. A personalised item can't be returned once production has started, except if it's faulty.
