This page explains the payment methods, gateways and payment sources you can use to complete an order on the Ticino Paris website.
At checkout, you can pay using any of the following, subject to what our payment gateway partners support at the time:
Card and online banking payments are processed through eGHL or Stripe, depending on the method you select. Both are established payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details ourselves — that information is handled entirely within the gateway's own secure environment.
Besides the payment gateway, you may also apply any Ticino Discount Voucher, Shopping Credit, Commission Credit and Corporate Voucher you hold toward the same order. At checkout, tick any combination of these you want to use; the amount from each is applied in this order, with the payment gateway covering whatever is left:
All prices on this website are shown and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
If a payment attempt fails — a card is declined, the gateway session times out, or similar — your order's items are kept and offered back to you as "Buy Again" instead of asking you to rebuild your cart, with everything you had pre-selected so you can simply retry.
Card and online banking details you enter at checkout go directly to our gateway partner's own secure payment page; they are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
If you're eligible for a refund, it is returned to the same sources used at checkout, in the same proportions. See our Return Policy for the full process and timeframe.
We may update the payment methods or gateways available on this website from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
